Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DarkHorseFantasy (“BULLDAWG”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms.

The service

DarkHorseFantasy is an in-game fantasy football management platform. “Treasury” and all in-game balances are virtual currency with no real-money value. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or prizes, or transferred outside the game. DarkHorseFantasy is not a gambling service and does not facilitate real-money wagering.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding agreement.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity on your account. One account per person.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit, or manipulate the in-game economy, scoring, or matchmaking.
• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate leagues.
• Abuse, harass, or impersonate other users.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service or its third-party data sources.
• Use bots or automation outside the platform’s built-in AI coaches.
• Attempt to derive real-money value from in-game currency or features.

In-game economy

We may adjust, correct, or reset in-game balances, rosters, or records to protect competitive integrity (e.g., after bugs or exploits). You are not owed any real-money value for such adjustments.

Third-party data and disclaimers

Player data, scores, projections, ratings, and ADP come from third parties (Sleeper, ESPN, Google Sheets, ADP providers). We do not guarantee their accuracy or timeliness. DarkHorseFantasy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, any NFL team, EA Sports, or any third-party data provider.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Deleting your account removes your profile and credentials; your teams are kept as anonymized league history.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
